Continuing from the past and opening up new opportunities, we keep moving forward
To showcase their best style, every student goes all out: some carefully polish their speeches, some create exquisite PPTs, and some edit moving videos. The election venue has become an arena for thinking, with sparks of wisdom and creativity shining between words.
The new journey has begun, and the mission lies within us
After the votes of the judges and teachers, the list of core members of the new student union has finally been announced! Congratulations to all the students who have successfully debuted! Everyone sees your every effort and sincerity. This honor is the best recognition of your abilities and also a brand new responsibility.
Behind the list lies a more touching story. We have specially invited the former president, current president, and ministers of the student union. Please ask them to talk about their true feelings in their hearts. This is a relay of responsibility and a warm conversation.
The period of participating in the student union will become an indispensable and precious memory of my growth in the International Academy. The student union not only improved my abilities in 'coordination' and 'communication and expression', but also allowed me to see the way colleagues in the group help and encourage each other when faced with difficulties. It also made me feel the spirit of service conveyed by my classmates in laughter and joy
Former Student Union President Tang Shiyi
In this election, I have always been aware that there are two strong opponents competing with me on the same stage. But this has motivated me to seize every opportunity to showcase myself and give my all for every trust. This belief will also run through my future work in the student union. No matter what difficulties and challenges I face, I will uphold the same principles: not afraid of difficulties, not backing down, facing difficulties head-on, and fulfilling my duties
- Current Student Union President Gao Hanyu
I serve as the Minister of Culture and Sports with great enthusiasm and am confident in my ability to handle this important job. In my future work, I hope to participate in the planning and execution of more activities, actively organize cultural events such as New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve parties, as well as sports events such as basketball and badminton, and constantly enrich everyone's campus life. I will also work closely with department members, support each other, conscientiously fulfill my duties as Minister, and strive to create a united and efficient team atmosphere. I look forward to leaving a strong mark on my youth while serving everyone
Minister of Culture and Sports Xue Yichen
Being able to serve as a member of both the cultural and sports department and the disciplinary inspection department in the student union, taking on dual responsibilities, is the trust and recognition of my teachers. After entering the student union, I will fulfill my promise with one word: 'wholeheartedly, responsibly, and conscientiously.' As a freshman in high school, I will do my best to do everything well. I hope to become more positive and confident in the student union, and lay a foundation for my future study abroad journey. May everything be safe this autumn, and when I look back, everything is in my heart
Min Yifan, member of the Discipline Inspection Department/Culture and Sports Department
The new student union is ready to go. They will use youth as their pen and action as their ink, continuing to shine and write a new chapter belonging to the International Academy in their future learning journey.
